  The retreat has been built in the style of a cosy fishing village and accommodation is housed in four interlinked guesthouses lining the marina's edge. With 80 luxury hotel rooms, Peppers Anchorage Port Stephens is large enough to provide great guest facilities but small enough to retain an intimate, relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

All rooms and suites at Peppers Anchorage have their own balcony or verandah, almost all with unobstructed views over the sparkling waters of Port Stephens.

Intimate guest lounges are found on both levels of two accommodation guest houses and there are several reception rooms in the main building, where guests can relax on the comfortable sofas, play billiards and enjoy the stunning views of the bay.

Anchorage Room
Available with King and ensuite bathroom. Interconnecting rooms are also available. One Anchorage King room is designed for disabled guests.

Captain Suite
Executive king-size suites with separate lounge room and ensuite bathroom.

Loft Suite
Unique cosy suites with mezzanine bedroom, dormer windows and a downstairs lounge room and balcony. Bathrooms feature baths with spa jets.

Master Suite
