Peppers Manor House is set on a beautiful Southern Highlands estate and provides an experience of life and leisure at a grand country house.

The forty-one uniquely styled rooms and suites are elegantly furnished and offer views of the estate and golf course.

Built in 1926, the house was originally home to the Katers, a pioneering grazing family, and has retained its original country charm. During winter, an open fire burns continually in the Great Hall. And in summer, meals are served in a leafy courtyard, with drinks by the pool.

Activities at Peppers Manor House include a massage and beauty salon, swimming pool, tennis court and the 18-hole, Scottish-style Mount Broughton Golf Course.

The surrounding area has something for everyone, including horse riding, mountain biking, trout fishing, historic villages, antique shopping or winery tours.

For a more relaxed experience, breathe in the fresh highland air as you stroll through the magnificent gardens, or relax in comfort at one of our bars or lounges.

Golf
Play a game of golf at the adjacent Mt Broughton Golf & Country Club. The course captures the essence of the Scottish Highlands and is reputedly one of the longest courses in Australia.

Take a plunge or relax by our outdoor swimming pool.

Play a game of tennis on one of our two courts. Speak to the staff at Peppers Manor House to book a court and supply you with racquets and tennis balls.

Cottage King Rooms
Our Cottage King rooms feature a King-size bed or two single beds along with an ensuite bathroom. There is a wide veranda and they can be connected to a cottage Queen if required.

Cottage Queen Rooms
The Cottage Queen rooms feature Queen bed and ensuite bathroom and a lounge area that can interconnenct with the Cottage King room if requested.

Main House Rooms
These individually decorated and uniquely styled rooms are situated upstairs from the Great Hall in the original homestead section of the estate.

Garden Wing Rooms
Located adjacent to the main house in the 2-storey Garden Wing, the rooms are decorated in classical country style.

Garden Wing Suites
Situated upstairs in the Garden Wing, these spacious suites have bathrooms with spa bath & shower.
  
Elizabeth Broughton Suite
Located upstairs in the Main House and offering stunning views over the golf course and estate, the suite consists of two sunrooms, one bedroom, a lounge room including a formal dining area and a bathroom with shower and spa bath.
