As we take off from Warmun, situated halfway between Kununurra and Halls Creek on the Great Northern Highway, we are but a minute away from the Osmand Range, quite spectacular in its own right as it abuts the World Heritage Listed Purnululu National Park. As we pass over the Bungle Bungle from the air you see endless beehive shapes of rock formations, the eroded stumps of 350 million-year-old mountains, into which deep ravines have been cut by the swirling waters of countless monsoons. It is utterly unlike any other place on earth. Enjoy spectacular aerial views of Horse Shoe Valley, Picaninny Gorge and Creek, Deep Gorge and the Western Wall. To comprehend the size and nature of the formations, you have to see it from the air. Flying from Warmun saves you time and money with a feast for the eyes for every minute of the flight.

Includes: The flight path from Kununurra to the Bungle Bungle takes in the Kimberley's best icons. We fly past the Diversion Dam, Lake Kununurra and over the Ord River Irrigation Area before crossing the Carr Boyd Range, which holds back the waters of our inland sea, Lake Argyle. Aerial views of the Ord Dam and the full expanse of Lake Argyle takes around 20 minutes. Fly past Lissadell Homestead, over the Osmand Range and on to the Bungle Bungle where we give you the best views of this ancient mountain range for approximately 20 minutes. Orbit the Argyle Diamond Mine on the return journey.
