Lift Access
Mont Clare's main building is six storeys in height.  Lift access is available to the 5th Floor only.  Access from the 5th to the 6th Floor is via stairs.  Please advise at time of booking whether you require lift access.
             
Swimming Pool
Surrounded by timber decking, our sparkling 15 metre, outdoor swimming pool is perfect for a relaxing dip or some serious laps! Heated to a lovely 23 degrees in Winter and refreshingly cool in Summer the pool can be enjoyed year-round. Please note that the swimming pool is accessible by external stairs only.    

Non Smoking
Mont Clare is strictly a NON SMOKING establishment. Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the premises.

Security
Enjoy all the benefits of city living without the worry. A state-of-the-art security system is in place at Mont Clare that ensures only registered guests have access to the complex. Intercom security is also provided to each Apartment.

Car Park
One secured, undercover car bay is provided free of charge for each Apartment.

Gymnasium
A small gymnasium with a selection of workout equipment is located adjacent to the pool. Please note that the gymnasium is accessible by external stairs only.

 Stylish Living Room:
Lounge areas feature a dining setting, sofa and/or sofa bed, lamp, sideboard, coffee table and entertainment unit housing a remote control colour television.

To accommodate Perth's warm summers and cool winters, an individual, reverse-cycle air-conditioner is also provided in each Apartment.
   
Sliding doors open out onto a small balcony from which you can get a breath of fresh air.

Each apartment features a direct dial STD/ISD telephone allowing direct in-dial to your apartment via your own telephone number. Voice mail is also provided.

Spacious Kitchen:
Each Apartment features a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Appliances and amenities supplied include:

• Electric Oven and Stove Top
• Complete cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery

Elegant Bedrooms:
All Bedrooms are separate to the main living/dining area and feature reading lamps, side table and a built in or walk in robe.

Bedding configurations vary depending on the size of the Apartment. Bedding choices include a King Split bed (can be used as a king size bed or split into two full size single beds), Queen Bed and Twin Bed (two single beds).

Each bed features a wonderfully comforting "velux" blanket and linen is provided. A weekly service is included in the rate however, additional room services can be arranged on demand for an extra charge.

Bathroom / Laundry:
Each Apartment offers a modern, tastefully decorated bathroom featuring a vanity and cupboard and either a shower or combination bath/shower. Hairdryers are provided in all Apartments.

Each bathroom incorporates its own mini-laundry complete with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Towels, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron are provided.

Complimentary cable television is provided in all Apartments. With 8 channels to choose from there will be something for everyone! You can enjoy:
